Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, as long there is minimal signs of wear. If there is prominent signs of general wear and tear to the watch you will receive a partial refund. 

If there is an issue with the watch from production or from when you receive it, please contact me at watches@ljgwatchco.com , and I will make things right. All claims are handled on a case to case basis, taking circumstances and all other details into account.
